Ordered paraffin, had to call as website was not working properly- all sorted, but delivery was scheduled later than agreed even though id specified a date and StowAg accepted it. Fortunately the driver lives near me and dropped it in on the day I asked for, so that was very kind. 3 months ago

Excellent initial experience. I enquired about the charge for having some galvanised metal sheets delivered for use in our garden. The response was quick and helpful. I placed my order immediately. I was told I could expect delivery in 48 hours. That was six days ago. I haven't heard anything about the status of my order or when I can expect delivery. I phoned this morning to see if I could get clarification. I was told my order was with the "courier". I was promised that I'd receive an update as soon as possible. That was about four hours ago. The builders putting up a structure in our garden have begun work. They'll want the metal roof sheets in a day or two. I have no way of knowing when the sheets will arrive. So, an impressive start quickly became a disappointment. 3 months ago

Ordered a sheet of 12mm WBP ply and received delivery next day ! Excellent, fast service and the driver was very pleasant and helpful, the plywood was good quality and in good condition with no damage or issues at all.
